Our first 10 clients pay ₹8 per connected minute on any pack size, locked for 12 months from their first pack. After that, list prices apply. We are offering this because early clients shape the product with us, and we would rather earn your references than discount forever.

Self-hosted
An annual licence, sized by how many calls you run at once. We never see your data or your keys, so there is nothing to meter. The licence is capacity, not minutes.
| Tier | Calls at once | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| S | Up to 10 | ₹10 lakh (USD 20,000) |
| M | Up to 25 | ₹20 lakh (USD 40,000) |

| XL | Above 50 | Sized with you |
Implementation, one time: ₹6 lakh (USD 15,000). Installation on your infrastructure, the first agent written and tuned, compliance setup, and training for your operators.
Included: every update, business-hours support by email with a next-business-day response, and a staging instance.
Options: 24×7 support with a 4-hour response on critical issues, at +25% of the licence. Source-code escrow at cost.
You provide: the cloud account, telephony and numbers, provider keys for speech and the language model, and storage. You pay those providers directly.
Self-hosted RedEnvoy speaks Hindi, English and Hinglish, and uses Indian speech providers. Our first self-hosted clients will be Indian enterprises that need calling to run inside their own network.

The script, the recording notice, and the handoff and opt-out rules

The timeline starts once the calling number is registered. If you don't have one yet, we help you set it up first.
From your side
A spreadsheet or Google Sheet, with what you want from each contact.
A short conversation with whoever runs the calls today, so the script matches how your customers talk.
Someone who can answer questions during the pilot.
A 140-series calling number. If you don't have one, we help you register it.
Your calling number
Calls go out from a number you own. You buy it on your own Exotel or Plivo account, registered in your company's name, as TRAI's August 2026 direction requires. We never buy or hold it.
Buy a number
On your own Exotel or Plivo account.
Register it in your company's name
With your company's documents, as TRAI requires.
Add it in RedEnvoy
Enter the number in your RedEnvoy workspace.
We verify it
We check the number is on your account before any call goes out.
Calls go out
Every call in your campaign comes from your number.
We help you set the number up with your provider, using our number and DLT setup help. The number stays in your name.
A number can be reported or blocked. It is unlikely, but it would stop calls on your number, so we recommend a second number as a backup.
| Item | Who you pay | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Calling number | Your provider (Exotel or Plivo) | Your provider's monthly rental |
| Registration and DLT | Your provider and the registry | Registry fees, at their rates |
| Backup number (recommended) | Your provider (Exotel or Plivo) | Same as your main number |
| Setup help (optional) | Red Augment | ₹10,000 one time, registry fees passed through |
Provider rates are set by Exotel and Plivo and change from time to time. We share the current rates on the scoping call.
Alternatives
| Approach | Who runs it | What you pay for | Where the data lives | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Do nothing | Your current team | Agent hours | CRM notes | The short term only. It compounds worst. |
| Build in-house | Your engineers | Months of build, then operations | Yours | Teams whose core business is voice |
| Self-serve voice platforms | You configure and run it | Per minute | Usually the vendor's cloud | Technical teams who want a tool |
| Enterprise voice AI vendors | The vendor, after a long implementation | Large contracts | Varies | Large enterprises |
| RedEnvoy | Red Augment, accountable for the result | Per connected minute, published | Ours in Mumbai, or your cloud | One paid pilot, expanded if it works |
Honest fit
We are a small team, and we are taking our first pilot clients. That makes us fast and direct: you talk to the people who built the agent, and your feedback changes the product. It also means you are choosing a design partner, not a vendor with a long reference list.
FAQ
We come with questions about your call volumes and the number you track today. We leave you with a written pilot scope and a fixed price you can approve or decline.
