The Spark That Ignited RedAugment
Dhruv Awasthi never settled for “good enough.” His journey into tech began not in a classroom, but at home, surrounded by the scattered parts of his first computer.
What started as raw curiosity soon became an obsession. After a brief stint in cybersecurity, he discovered Artificial Intelligence, and everything changed. The idea that machines could think? Too powerful to ignore. With no roadmap, he taught himself. 12+ books, 20+ professional courses, and a relentless hunger to learn. Within a year, he became a practitioner. By his second year in college, he was in Bangalore, an intern turned Associate Data Scientist in just one month.
Dhruv didn’t build his reputation through marketing. He built it through delivery, working through holidays, showing up when it mattered, and always keeping his word. When something had to get done, people said, “Call Dhruv”
That same grit and mindset shaped Red Augment. A company built not on buzzwords, but belief. Today, Dhruv leads a team of doers, dreamers, and builders. The mission? To create powerful AI systems that work where they matter most.

How it started
When Dhruv started working with businesses, he saw a gap; most AI solutions were powerful in theory but failed in practice. They didn’t integrate well with legacy systems. They were inconsistent, unscalable, and disconnected from real use cases.
He wasn’t interested in being just another cog in the AI hype machine. He wanted to build solutions that worked where it mattered. That meant starting from scratch. Teaching himself. Testing ideas. Working 20-hour days. Consulting with U.S. clients by night, studying by day, all while mentoring peers and building research foundations for others.
But Dhruv didn’t want to build alone. He wanted a team built on capability, persistence, and drive. So he created Red Augment: a space where passion trumps pedigree, where freshers get their shot, and where problems are solved with elegance, empathy, and execution.
What began as one person’s obsession with intelligent systems has grown into a company trusted by global clients to solve real-world problems through AI. Today, Red Augment is pushing boundaries across industries, building agentic AI platforms, private LLM deployments, automation pipelines, and more. And we’re just getting started.
