Summary
A three-week randomised controlled study of an LLM feedback platform for job seekers. Blinded expert reviewers rated resumes before and after. The treatment group showed statistically significant improvement in skills presentation, grammar and overall impact. Usability scored 80.4 on the System Usability Scale against a benchmark of 68.
Why it matters
Most AI products ship on the assumption that the feedback helps. This one was tested against a control group with blinded human raters. That is the standard we hold our own products to.
