MEET
Outbound calls, made every time, on record.
A managed outbound calling service. AI phone agents that make your lead follow-ups, confirmations and reminders in your language and your voice, and return a structured outcome for every contact. Operated by Red Augment. Runs inside your infrastructure when it has to.
Operators of outbound calling programmes in India, Europe, North America and Singapore. Lead follow-up teams. Clinics, service businesses and institutions confirming appointments. Any operation sending reminders by SMS that a phone call would do better. Decision makers who want the calls made, want to know what they cost per outcome, want every call on record, and in some jurisdictions cannot let customer audio leave the country.
Somewhere in your business, people are being called. Leads who enquired and have not answered. Customers with an appointment, a delivery or a renewal that needs confirming. Accounts with a payment, a document or a result waiting for them. These calls are not glamorous. They are also not optional. Every one that does not happen is a lead that cools, a slot that goes empty, or a customer who finds out something late.
This work sits with a team of agents, in-house or outsourced. That team has a ceiling. It works fixed hours. When a campaign is large, calls get triaged and the bottom of the list is never reached. When an agent leaves, the script and the judgement leave with them. Managers spend their time on scheduling, coaching and attrition rather than on the outcome the calls were meant to produce.
You probably know your cost per agent hour. You are less likely to know your cost per confirmed booking, per reached customer, or per completed reminder. Those numbers are hard to get because the calls are not logged in a way that ties effort to result. When you present a case to your board, you are defending a headcount line, not a unit cost.
The customer experience is uneven. One customer gets a warm, well-timed call; the next gets three missed attempts and a voicemail. Nobody can play back what was said. If a customer complains, or a regulator asks, the record is an agent's memory and a CRM note.
Outbound calling to consumers is regulated. Consent has to be captured and provable. Complaints have to be acted on quickly. And the moment you route a customer's voice to a cloud service in another jurisdiction, you have created a data transfer event under GDPR or the Swiss FADP. Most AI voice vendors are US-hosted. Using them means your compliance team either signs off on that transfer or blocks the project.
Before
A lead enquires, and the follow-up depends on who is free. Some leads are called within an hour, some within three days, some never.
After
Every lead on the list is called, within the window you set, with the same script and the same goal. Each call ends in a structured outcome: booked, callback requested, not interested, not reached. The report tells you which leads are live, and your human team goes to those.
Before
Confirmations are done in batches when the team has time. No-shows are discovered when the slot is empty.
After
Every appointment is confirmed the day before. If the customer wants to move it, the agent captures that and it lands in your report as a reschedule request. Your no-show rate becomes a number you can act on.
Before
Reminders about payments, documents, results or renewals are sent by SMS or email and mostly ignored. A phone call would work better, but the volume makes it uneconomic for a human team.
After
The reminder is a real phone conversation. The customer can ask a question and get an answer. The call is logged with what was said, so if a customer later claims they were never told, you have the recording.
You get a cost per outcome, not a cost per hour, because every call produces a recorded result. You get capacity that scales with the list rather than with hiring. You get an audit trail: every call recorded, every failed call explainable, every consent captured before the dial.
Your human team is not removed. It is moved to the calls that need a person: the live lead, the upset customer, the complex case.
An AI voice agent takes what the customer says, converts it to text, decides what to say next, converts that back to speech, and plays it down the line. Each step takes time, and the total is the pause the customer hears. If that pause is too long, the conversation feels broken and people hang up. RedEnvoy is built to a response-time target measured at the median and at the slow tail, because the tail is what customers remember. Most of the engineering effort in this product goes there.
The second hard part is speech in the register people use on the phone: interruptions, half sentences, changed minds mid-sentence. The agent has to stop talking when the customer starts, and pick up where the conversation actually is. This is built into the voice engine, not bolted on.
The third part is explainability. Every call is recorded from the start, and every call that does not reach its goal has a reason attached. This is what lets us tell you why a campaign underperformed and fix it, rather than guess.
RedEnvoy is built so the same codebase runs inside your own infrastructure: single tenant, in your cloud account, with no dependency on any managed service Red Augment controls. Deployment is from a single configuration file. Speech recognition, speech synthesis, the language model and telephony are each behind an interface, and the provider for each is a configuration setting for your deployment, not a build decision. Processing can be pinned to providers and regions your compliance team has approved.
Your credentials for those providers are stored per deployment, encrypted, and held by you. In a self-hosted deployment, Red Augment never sees your keys. That is a hard requirement in our design because it is the first thing a security review asks.
The practical consequence: customer audio does not have to leave your jurisdiction to be processed. For a buyer bound by GDPR or the Swiss FADP, that turns a data-transfer question into a non-event. For a buyer in India, consent capture and the regulatory requirements of the calling programme are scoped with you before the first dial.
No integration is required to start. A contact list goes in; an outcomes file, the recordings and a report come out. Your CRM, scheduling system and phone system stay as they are. Integration comes later if it earns its place.
Latency measured at the median and the slow tail, because the tail is what customers hang up on.
The agent stops when the customer starts talking and picks up where the conversation actually is.
A reason attached to every call that does not reach its goal.
Consent captured before the dial. Complaints acted on as product behaviour, not policy.
Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, language model and telephony each behind an interface. Provider choice is configuration.
Same codebase, your cloud account, one configuration file, your keys.
Our voice work to date is built and tuned for Hinglish, the code-mixed Hindi and English register used across Indian business calling. That is a hard register and it is where our depth is. English for European and North American customers runs through a different speech stack, and each pilot includes validation of that stack on your customers before you commit to a campaign.
We do not hold SOC 2 Type II or a HIPAA business associate agreement. If those are preconditions for your procurement, we are not the right vendor today.
We are a small team. That makes us fast and direct. It also means you are buying a design-partner relationship, not a vendor with a hundred references.
The starting point is a paid pilot on one campaign. One call type, one contact list, one measurable goal you already track. This keeps the decision small and the result unambiguous.
From your side: a contact list in a spreadsheet with the outcome you want per contact. A short conversation with whoever runs the calls today, so the script reflects how your customers actually talk. A named person who can answer questions during the pilot.
If the deployment must run inside your infrastructure, your team provisions a cloud environment and provides the provider credentials your compliance team has approved. We test the deployment on a clean environment before your security review, not during it.
No system integration is required. No dashboard training, because there is no dashboard to learn.
You receive the outcomes file, the recordings, and a report on what was reached, what was not, and why. You decide on that basis whether to expand.
Pricing is per campaign and per outcome, set in the written pilot scope. We do not publish a rate card because the economics depend on call volume, call length and jurisdiction, and we would rather give you a number that holds than one that changes after the pilot.
We come with questions about your call volumes, your current outcome metric and your data-residency requirements, and leave with a written pilot scope you can approve or decline.
