RedConcierge is an AI concierge that lives on your own website, under your own name, themed to match your brand, in your voice. It answers guests from your actual catalogue, policies and availability, shows your products and experiences as cards with prices and booking buttons, and captures complete enquiries with dates, group size, requirements and contact details. On Commerce7 stores it completes checkout and payment fully inside the chat. On Shopify it prepares the entire order in the conversation and hands to Shopify's own secure hosted checkout for payment.

What it does
Answers every question.
Natural-language answers grounded in your real offerings - wines, experiences, club, policies, hours, directions, the questions guests actually ask at 10pm while planning a visit. Product, tasting, club and event cards with live prices. Guided conversation starters for guests who don't know where to begin.
Captures every lead.
Complete event enquiries in the conversation - date, group size, requirements, contact - instead of a contact-form bounce. Email capture straight into Klaviyo. SMS hand-off to your team through RedChirp when a guest wants a human. Your site search bar can become the concierge, so every search is a conversation.
Closes the sale.
On the commerce tiers, the concierge stops sending visitors to pages and starts writing real orders into your store: live cart, real-time inventory, member and non-member pricing, order confirmation. Full checkout and payment in-chat on Commerce7; order preparation in-chat with Shopify's own hosted checkout on Shopify.
Enrolls the member.
Wine-club signup in the conversation - tier comparison, allocation selection, payment - rolling out now, with club self-service like frequency changes alongside it.
Stays in your control.
Every deployment runs on a per-client rulebook: no invented prices, no off-voice replies, no answers outside your knowledge base, and a hand-off to a person when unsure.
