Every plan is monthly by default, cancel any time. Prepay and the price drops:

Quarterly prepay: 5% off the published price
Annual prepay: 10% off the published price, and the one-time onboarding fee is waived at any tier

These payment-term discounts are the only discounts that exist - the published price is the price, whoever you buy through.

Start with a pilot - USD 99 for 30 days

Any vertical, fully live on your own site with your theme and knowledge base. The pilot ships with standard onboarding: automated ingestion of your website into the knowledge base, standard theming with your logo and colours, and Concierge-tier features. Full custom theming, integrations and higher-tier features come with your plan.

On conversion to a paid plan, a one-time onboarding fee covers the full build: USD 199 on Concierge and Engage, USD 299 on the commerce tiers - waived at any tier when you prepay annually.

If you don't continue, you keep the list of questions your website couldn't answer.

Custom capabilities and integrations beyond the standard build are scoped and quoted per client - fixed-price or time-and-materials, usually same-day after a discovery call.
